Terms of Service

Last updated September 15, 2026

These terms govern your use of HarmonyPro. You accept them by ticking the box when you create a workspace or join one.

The agreement

HarmonyPro is provided by HarmonyPro LLC (“we”, “us”). If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and “you” means that company.

This is version 2026-09-15. We record which version you accepted and when. If we change these terms, the version changes with them.

Your account

Trial and payment

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or annually, whichever you chose — and keeps renewing until you cancel. The amount charged is your plan price plus any members beyond the three included, at the rates shown in the app when you subscribed.

You consent to this separately when you subscribe, and we record that consent. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing — online, in the same place you subscribed, without calling or emailing anyone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep access until then.

The trial does not do this. A new workspace gets 30 days with no card on file, and nothing is charged when it ends — you are only ever billed if you actively choose a plan and subscribe.

Your data stays yours

You own the records you put into HarmonyPro. You grant us the licence needed to host, process, back up and display that content in order to run the service for you, and nothing beyond that. We do not sell it and we do not use it to train third-party AI models.

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Where you put other people’s personal information into the service, you confirm you are entitled to do so.

Confidentiality and non-use of your data

Your data is your confidential information. We will not access, use, reproduce or disclose it except to provide, secure, maintain and support the service for you; where required by law or valid legal process; or as you expressly direct.

We operate in the music licensing industry and may compete with you. We therefore commit specifically that we will not:

Anyone with access to your data on our side is bound by these restrictions.

We keep a log of every access to your workspace by anyone who is not a member of it, recording who, when, and why. You can read it in Settings → Data Access Log. Entries cannot be edited or deleted through the application and are chained by checksum, so removal or alteration is detectable.

These obligations survive termination for as long as your data remains confidential. Because damages may not adequately remedy a breach of this section, you may seek injunctive relief without posting a bond, in addition to any other remedy available to you.

Acceptable use

Don’t use HarmonyPro to:

We may suspend an account that puts the service or other customers at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first.

Connected services and AI features

HarmonyPro can connect to third-party services — Box, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and others. Those services have their own terms, and what they do is outside our control. Connecting one authorises us to act on it as the feature describes, and you can disconnect at any time.

Some features use AI to draft text, extract information from documents and suggest next steps. AI output can be wrong. It is a suggestion for you to check, not advice and not a decision — review anything that matters before you rely on it, especially figures and contract terms.

Availability

We work to keep HarmonyPro available and we take regular backups, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may need to take it down for maintenance, and we will try to do so outside normal working hours and to give notice where we can.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using HarmonyPro and close your workspace at any time. We may end this agreement if you materially breach these terms and do not fix it within 30 days of us telling you, or immediately if your use threatens the service or breaks the law.

Export your data before you close a workspace. After closure we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy and it cannot be recovered.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

HarmonyPro helps you track licensing and money; it does not provide legal, accounting or financial advice, and the figures it produces are yours to verify.

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability arising out of this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use HarmonyPro after that means you accept the new terms.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of California have jurisdiction. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. Our not enforcing something is not a waiver of it.
